Returns

Our refund policy has a 30 Day requirement. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period of time has passed. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging. 

 

Every package is shipped out with a UPS return shipping label enclosed. To return an item simply put it back in the box you recieved it in and place the return shipping label (that was enclosed with your item) on the top of the shipping box to mail it right back to us with your preference of refund or exchange indicated on the returns sheet that was printed on the back of the order form in your package.  

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund as return requirements apply (as noted in the above "Returns" section).

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days days. 

 

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@reveriehill.net and send your item to: 3953 Rose Ave. Long Beach CA United States 90807.

 

Shipping

Our products are shipped within 2-3 Business Days via UPS . To return your product, you should mail your product to:

In the event of a damaged item having been shipped out to you, we will cover your return shipping cost and the cost to ship the new item back out to you as our apology for any inconvenience you incured. The initial shipping cost however is non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
